Failing to Plan means planning to fail
Hi I’m coach Elsa from Boksburg/Kempton Park/ East Rand area, and on the 23rd February we will be hosting a Planning Day for the clients & friends of ActionCOACH.
In the 90 Day Planning we’re going to get real clarity about what we want for the 2018 year and what we need to do for the next 90 days to move forward towards our longer term goals. It’s about having an overview of where we’re going 5 years from now, and then looking at where you need to be 3 years from now. If that’s going to be where you’re going to be in 3 years time, where do you need to be by the end of December 2018. Then we break that down into the next 90 days, the next quarter to make sure that you’re on track going forward to those longer term goals, and having absolute clarity and focus on what needs to be done.
